computer or database connected to the Site. You shall not attack The Company's site via a denial-of-service attack
or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would be deemed to have committed a
criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act, Chap 11:17. The Company shall report any such breach to the relevant
law enforcement authorities and shall co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the
event of such a breach, your right to use the Site shall cease immediately.
Applicable Laws
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the substantive Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to the Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
